LISW, MSW
" Hi, I'm Audrey & I'm so glad you found your way here! I know reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I want you to know you don't have to go through life's challenges alone, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel truly heard and understood. I use practical, down-to-earth approaches to help you notice unhelpful thought patterns and move towards healing. I believe therapy works best when it feels genuine and human, and I would be honored to walk alongside you as you move toward greater clarity, healing, and hope. "
Who I see:
I love working with children (12+), teens, young adults, and adults who are figuring out their next steps in life—whether that’s navigating academic and social pressures, choosing a career path, adjusting to college, managing relationships, or simply trying to make sense of all the changes that come with life & growing up. I also enjoy supporting people who are feeling anxious, down, stuck in people-pleasing cycles, or worn out from carrying the weight of everyone else’s expectations. And if you have a trauma background that still feels like it’s holding you back, you don’t have to carry that alone. I’d be honored to support you.

How I work:
I’m trained in EMDR and also pull from CBT and IFS (translation: a mix of tools that help with both healing the past and building practical strategies for the present). My approach is collaborative & you’re always in the driver’s seat. I see my role as riding alongside you, sometimes offering a new map, sometimes adjusting the playlist, and occasionally pointing out that we might have been driving in circles. My hope is that through our work together, you feel more grounded, empowered, and confident to handle whatever life throws your way.

We might work well together if:
You’re looking for a space where you can show up exactly as you are. Messy, stuck, hopeful, overwhelmed, curious, or all of the above. If you’re ready to untangle the expectations of others, process the hard stuff, and discover new ways forward (with compassion and maybe a little laughter along the way), we’ll probably be a good fit.

A bit about me personally:
When I’m not in session, you can usually find me walking my dog, watching way too much reality TV, or trying out new board games with friends. I also love playing pickleball, watching tennis and football, and (with full honesty) getting way too competitive in my fantasy football league. Balance is important, and for me, that includes both deep conversations and plenty of lighthearted, playful moments.
